How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online, by telephone, fax and in person

Online Orders

To place an online order, simply locate the product you would like to buy and click on the “add to cart” box. The next screen will let you update quantities or remove an item from your cart. You can repeat the above steps to find other products. When you have finished your order you can proceed to “checkout." The next step will be to complete your shipping and billing information, then your payment information and click “place Order.” We recommend that you print the confirmation page for your records. Our secure online ordering process is the preferred and most expedient method of ordering.

We will begin processing the order as soon as it is received. Please include an email address to receive an order confirmation and tracking information on your shipment.

Visit our showroom. We are open Monday thru Saturday from 9:30am - 6:00pm

What is my order status?

As soon as the order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. You can use the shipping company web site in order to track your package.

What payments are accepted?

We accept: Master card, Visa, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover and Paypal. We also accept personal and company checks and money orders by mail. Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Return Policy

Any unopened merchandise in its original condition and original sealed packaging can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund less shipping costs. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit to your credit card.In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a return number from our customer service department.

The following is required to process a return:

1- Return number

2- Packing slip

3- Your reason for the return of the merchandise

4- Your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address

Any shipping costs you incur to return the merchandise will be your sole responsibility.

Only Returns, using a trackable courier ( UPS, Fedex, USPS Delivery Confirmation) will be accepted. Returns should be sent to:

Order cancellation

Orders are placed in an automated order processing system. We cannot cancel or modify your order once it has been placed.

What if an item is not in stock?

On occasion, demand for a product will exceed the quantity in stock. If this is the case, and you ordered an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail that the product is backordered and let you know when it is expected. We will often give you the option of replacing the item with a different one (i.e. a different color) or send the product when it is back in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your requested shipping method, so as not to delay your entire order. Backordered items will be shipped separately at no extra cost to you.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipping inside the state of Florida will be charged with a 7% sales tax. All orders outside the state of Florida will not be charged sales tax.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, since shipping costs range dependent on your location, please call our customer service department who can provide you with the actual cost and approximate time of shipping. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you since we have no control over these fees.

USA Shipping Options & Costs
Standard Ground US Shipping
Orders shipped standard ground within USA , via UPS,DHL,USPS or FEDEX will arrive within 1-7 business days.
2nd Day Air
Orders shipped 2nd Day Air within USA via UPS will arrive in 2 days. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air to P.O. Boxes.
Next Day Air
Orders shipped Next Day Air within USA via UPS will arrive the next business day. We cannot ship Next Day Air to P.O. Boxes.
Canada
Orders shipped to Canada via UPS or USPS will arrive within 3-10 business days. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you since we have no control over these fees.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, some items are available for wholesale. Please contact us by phone or email for detailed product information.
